The Story
I was on a business trip in California and my manager asked what apps we should order. They had an IPA beer cheese and pretzel on the menu so we ordered it. I then went in to my beer cheese and pretzel story and how I try it at every restaurant. One of the other managers used an app to review craft beer and I joked I should do that with beer cheese and pretzels. We work in tech so they joked I should buy a domain and start reviewing officially. The rest, as they say, is history.

I hail from Wisconsin so I love beer and cheese. My mom’s side of the family is from Germany and I’m pretty sure that’s where pretzels are from so it’s only natural that I am a beer cheese and pretzel connoisseur.
