Amana, Iowa is a cute, tourist destination in Iowa. It’s an old German town and definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
We were looking for a lunch option one day and ended up in Millstream Brau Haus. Like any good German Restaurant, they offered a pretzel with beer cheese, or should I say riesenbrezel?

One large pretzel made with Black Road Stout with a side of Schild Brau beer cheese and German Mustard.

For starters, the pretzel was huge – you definitely get full bang for your buck!
When I initially wrote this review in December of 2018, the price of the pretzel was $6.50. However, I didn’t remember much besides that as I didn’t document this review right away.
January of 2021 we went back and decided to give this pretzel its official review. The cost is now $8.30 but if you’ve got a group of people, it’s definitely worth the price for this appetizer!
